Both versions of World Clock have been created with Microsoft Visual Basic. All programs that are written with Visual Basic require a runtime library to be installed on your computer. You may already have these files on your computer. If you receive an error message when you try running World Clock or its setup program, it is most likely because you don't have the required libraries.
